Summary of areas to be armored
- Areas of your body which must be armored are:
- Rigid material: Your head and neck, including your face, throat, and your cervical and first thoracic vertebrae. Your cervical vertebrae are the vertebrae in your neck. The first thoracic vertebra is the first major lump which can be felt in the spine at the base of your neck.
- Puncture resistant: Your torso, including the inner arm down to 4 inches (10 cm) below the armpit, and your groin area.
- If you have testicles, rigid material.
