Changes to our kingdom rules

1. Reorganized Caid specific rules to meet the new Society handbook format.
2. Changed Authorization expiration to four years from date of Authorization/Re-Authorization vice being based on birthdate. This was changed to eliminate Personal Identifiable Information from the Authorization Card (PII)
3. Removed redundant Caid Appearance on the Field requirement. Society already has that all participants must make a reasonable attempt to appear as a person of the period of study, and all sport equipment must be covered or disguised.
4. Removed the requirement that a lost or opened helmet during combat is an immediate death. Helmet failure shall be treated like any other equipment failure. Determination of the cause and result varies and will be judged by the combatants and the marshals on the field.
5. Updated the rules for two-handed weapons to include "Half-Swording".
6. Removed the requirement to authorize in One-handed or Two-handed combat prior to authorization in Combat Archer or Siege.
7. Added the requirements for Kingdom Armored Combat Marshal (Kingdom Deputy for Armored Combat)
8. Removed requirements for Kingdom Earl Marshal and moved them to Kingdom Law.
