Reminder of responsibility of blow calling - January 2020

Blows from combat archery ammunition are still killing blows, even though they strike with less force than hand-held weapons, this does not transfer the responsibility of judging the effects of blows to the archer, as it is left to the honor of the combatant being struck by the weapon to judge the effects.
