Notes - Rider/Driver Requirements

Practicing - April 2020
A clarification was made to allow you to train for activities you were not yet authorised for at events and practices.
Age limits - April 2020
Clarified language on youth, due to the expansion and definition of “Equestrian Activities” that was added to the 2016 rules. Age 5 years and up continue to be able to authorize or participate as ground crew. Children under 5 years are not excluded from handling, petting, pony rides, or other non-authorized activities.
