Youth Combat Marshals - Experimentation
- Before any alternate or unapproved materials or weapons may be used at Society activities, a test proposal must be submitted to and approved by the Society Deputy for Youth Combat and will follow the "Experimental Weapons and Materials Procedures" of the Armored Combat Marshal's Handbook.
- Experiments in Youth Rapier will be coordinated with the Society Deputy for Rapier and will follow the "Procedure For Experimental Programs" as detailed in the appendix of the Fencing Marshals' Handbook.
- In addition to the requirements and procedures for experimentation in the Armored Combat Marshal's Handbook or the Fencing Marshals' Handbook, all parents, or responsible adults, must consent to the use of the weapon or material before combat begins.
