==={{Kingdom}}Atlantia&amp;#039;s event reporting requirements{{/Kingdom}}===&lt;br /&gt;
#{{Kingdom}}An event report must be filed by the marshal-in-charge of the event within seven days of each event (except where required to file a special report earlier due to problem resolution or injury) and must include the information noted below. Event reports must be filed via the system designated by the Kingdom Earl Marshal and must include any necessary supporting documentation. {{/Kingdom}}&lt;br /&gt;
##{{Kingdom}}The name of the marshal-in-charge of the event or other marshal submitting the report and the Minister of Lists.{{/Kingdom}}&lt;br /&gt;
##{{Kingdom}}The name of all marshals and marshals-in-training and the capacity in which they served. {{/Kingdom}}&lt;br /&gt;
##{{Kingdom}}A list of all authorization attempts, including weapon form and result. {{/Kingdom}}&lt;br /&gt;
##{{Kingdom}}A description of martial activities for the day, including disciplines represented and scenarios enacted, with an evaluation of the activities for success and safety. {{/Kingdom}}&lt;br /&gt;
##{{Kingdom}}A description of any injuries requiring professional medical services. This is in addition to the requirement to notify the Kingdom Earl Marshal within 24 hours. {{/Kingdom}}&lt;br /&gt;
##{{Kingdom}}A description of problems arising from martial activities, including the names of offending participants, the nature of the offense, and the resolution. {{/Kingdom}}&lt;br /&gt;
##{{Kingdom}}Any intervention by higher-ranking marshals. {{/Kingdom}}&lt;br /&gt;
==={{Kingdom}}Incident reports===&lt;br /&gt;
#{{Kingdom}}Anyone may file an incident report for any problem that they perceive in the execution of combat activities. Examples include, but are not limited to:{{/Kingdom}}&lt;br /&gt;
#*{{Kingdom}}reports by participants about marshals at an event{{/Kingdom}}&lt;br /&gt;
#*{{Kingdom}}reports about participants by participants at an event{{/Kingdom}}&lt;br /&gt;
#*{{Kingdom}}reports by marshals about participants at official activities (specifically including practices announced in the branch newsletter){{/Kingdom}}&lt;br /&gt;
#*{{Kingdom}}and reports by marshals (other than the marshal-in-charge of the event) concerning problems with other marshals.{{/Kingdom}}&lt;br /&gt;
#{{Kingdom}}The following guidelines govern incident reports: {{/Kingdom}}&lt;br /&gt;
##{{Kingdom}}Incident reports must be filed within 7 days of the incident. {{/Kingdom}}&lt;br /&gt;
##{{Kingdom}}Incident reports must include the name of the filing individual. {{/Kingdom}}&lt;br /&gt;
##{{Kingdom}}The name of the offending individuals (if appropriate). {{/Kingdom}}&lt;br /&gt;
##{{Kingdom}}The names of witnesses (if any). {{/Kingdom}}&lt;br /&gt;
##{{Kingdom}}The specific description of the problem, preferably with a reference to Policy or Law to demonstrate the offense.{{/Kingdom}}&lt;br /&gt;
#{{Kingdom}}The Kingdom Earl Marshal will evaluate the incident report for action and act upon any reports that have merit. {{/Kingdom}}&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
==={{Kingdom}} Report deadlines {{/Kingdom}}===&lt;br /&gt;
#{{Kingdom}}Marshals who do not submit necessary reports promptly may be suspended for not less than 90 days, during which time they may not perform any of the duties of a warranted marshal. {{/Kingdom}}&lt;br /&gt;
#{{Kingdom}}Following a second offense, the marshal&amp;#039;s warrant will be terminated for a minimum of one year or for any other duration deemed appropriate by the Kingdom Earl Marshal. {{/Kingdom}}&lt;br /&gt;
#{{Kingdom}}Failure to report may negate any sanctions or authorizations at the event covered by the report at the discretion of the Kingdom Earl Marshal. {{/Kingdom}}&lt;br /&gt;

==={{Kingdom}}Fighter practice waivers{{/Kingdom}}===&lt;br /&gt;
#{{Kingdom}}In Atlantia, we also require the local Knight&amp;#039;s Marshal or seneschal to file fighter practice waivers. {{/Kingdom}}&lt;br /&gt;
#{{Kingdom}}The Knight&amp;#039;s Marshal of the hosting branch must collect any waiver signed during official local fighter practices monthly from the marshals-in-charge of fighter practices. {{/Kingdom}}&lt;br /&gt;
#{{Kingdom}}All fighter practice waivers and a fighter practice waiver report form will be submitted by the Knight&amp;#039;s Marshal of the hosting branch to the Kingdom Waiver Secretary every quarter, by the following schedule. Quarterly fighter practice materials are due:{{/Kingdom}}&lt;br /&gt;
#*{{Kingdom}}April 15 (for fighter practices held between January 1 – March 31){{/Kingdom}}&lt;br /&gt;
#*{{Kingdom}}July 15 (April 1 – June 30){{/Kingdom}}&lt;br /&gt;
#*{{Kingdom}}October 15 (July 1 – September 30){{/Kingdom}}&lt;br /&gt;
#*{{Kingdom}}and January 15 (October 1 – December 31). {{/Kingdom}}&lt;br /&gt;
#{{Kingdom}}If no fighter practice waivers have been collected at official local fighter practices, a fighter practice waiver report indicating this will be submitted by the Knight&amp;#039;s Marshal of the branch on the above schedule.
